How It Works
1. Pay the £40 inspection fee (non-refundable).
This secures your booking and covers return shipping if you decide not to continue.
2. Send your camera to us.
You’ll receive full packaging and shipping instructions by email.
3. Inspection & Quotation.
We confirm whether your camera qualifies for a Fault Repair Only (£99) or if a Full Service (£139) is recommended.
4. Pay the repair balance.
Your £40 inspection fee is deducted, so you pay the remaining £59 for this repair.
5. We repair & return your camera.
Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks.
When to Choose Fault Repair
- Your camera works fine except for one specific fault / light seals are intact.
- You don’t need a complete overhaul or preventative maintenance.
- You’re happy with a 6-month warranty on the repair only.
